Hi, I'm Jenny! I’m a professional dog trainer with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience helping dogs and their owners build calm, structured, and reliable relationships. I grew up in a small town in South Texas, where strong values, hard work, and no-nonsense expectations were part of everyday life, principles that still guide how I train today.
My professional journey began while I was in college, working for nearly three years in a high-kill animal shelter. There, I witnessed dogs with severe behavioral issues being surrendered repeatedly, or euthanized, not because they were “bad dogs,” but because they lacked clear guidance and effective training. That experience lit the fire that pushed me into professional dog training, with a focus on behavior, accountability, and real-world results.

Nearly a Decade of Experience & Proven Results
After getting married in Texas, I relocated to North Carolina with my husband, a United States Marine, where I spent almost a decade building my career and eventually opening my own dog training business. That business grew into a very successful operation, serving families with obedience training, behavior modification, and board and train programs for 6 years.
In June of 2025, my family and I relocated back to Bulverde, Texas, bringing with me years of professional experience, advanced handling skills, and a proven training system built from working under some of the top trainers in the industry. Today, I’m proud to serve Bulverde, Boerne, New Braunfels, and the surrounding Hill Country areas with professional dog training that delivers lasting results.

Training Methodology That Works in Real Life
My training methodology is built on clear communication, structure, and follow-through. Every dog I work with learns foundational communication, strong decompression/deescalation skills, and how to remain neutral and responsive in real-world environments.
I don’t rely on gimmicks, cookie-only training, or one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, I focus on teaching dogs how to think, how to regulate themselves, and how to respond calmly under pressure. Whether I’m working with a high-drive working dog, a reactive dog, or a family pet, the goal is the same: a dog that can confidently and safely exist in everyday life with their owners.

Life Outside of Training
When I’m not training dogs, I’m a wife, a mom to three wild boys, and the owner of five personal dogs—four of whom are seniors. Living with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs keeps my training grounded in reality. I understand what it means to need dogs that fit into busy family life, not just look good in a training session.
Motherhood has sharpened my patience, creativity, and problem-solving skills—qualities that directly translate into my work with challenging dogs. You’ll almost always find me with a coffee in one hand and a leash in the other, doing exactly what I teach my clients to do: lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
